Éric Lapszynski is a French postmodern, professional designer and painter of Ukrainian origin. Born in 1968 in Paris, Lapszynski has been featured in solo exhibitions and galleries worldwide.

Lapszynski’s signature look comes to life with oils pastel on fine art paper, or oil on canvas. Deeply influenced by early and mid 20th century expressionism and fauvism, Lapszynski is well-known for his rich and colorful representation of fictitious or real characters with intense gazes, displaying and evoking a wide range of emotions. For Lapszynski, all of his characters have “unique stories to tell.”
