WAYNE, PA: CraftForms 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the international juried exhibition of contemporary fine craft, opening this December in the Davenport Gallery at the Wayne Art Center. The show will feature nearly 100 works chosen by Bruce Pepich, Founding Director Emeritus of the Racine Art Museum.

Pepich has selected pieces that demonstrate both technical mastery and contemporary vision, with entries spanning ceramics, fiber, glass, metal, jewelry, wood, wearable art, mixed media, and 3D technology. The exhibition brings together established names in fine craft alongside emerging national and international artists, offering a survey of current directions in the field.

The anniversary edition opens with a preview party on Saturday, December 6, from 6 to 9 p.m. The following day, December 7, Pepich will give a juror’s talk from 1 to 4 p.m., where audiences will also have the opportunity to meet participating artists.

By highlighting work that crosses both material and conceptual boundaries, CraftForms 2025 underscores the vitality of craft as a global language, one that remains rooted in tradition while embracing innovation.
