You need to take control of the information published under your name.
Check Your Analytics
If you have a website, learn to use Google or Bing analytics. Constantly going through your analytics will help you know if you are on the right track or not. You will be able to see in which parts of the world your art is appreciated best and a lot of other details that will help you adjust if necessary.
Assess your Influence on Social Media
Because social media join together billions of people, you can imagine how influent they are. Therefore, constantly checking your influence on the different social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram can be an indicator of how known you are on their networks, hence visible. You can use different software or platforms to indicate the rate at which your followers respond to your posts. Keep in mind that it’s not about the number of followers but instead how responsive they are with shares, comments, and reactions to your updates. One real friend/follower who will react to your post is better than thousands of fake followers.
